The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Image to Cursor and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process that image in-browser to provide you with the cursor generation functionality. We do not store your images on our servers.
